Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all returned item(s) must be in a new and resalable condition. This means they must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• Returned in their original packaging, including the original tags still attached.

If you are returning shoes, please place them in another box or bag and do not affix any labels or tape directly to the original shoe box.

All goods will be inspected on their return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. .

We cannot refund any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes you paid to your country's government to receive your order. These charges are collected by your government's customs and border authority, not by our business. To claim a refund on these fees, you must contact the relevant government agency in your country directly. We are unable to assist with this process.

By placing an order with us, you accept these terms. We recommend that customers familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations and potential refund processes before purchasing.
How to Make a Return
Please add a note with your order name and order reference so this can be identified and processed on receipt

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item to our UK facility. The refund we issue will only cover the original cost of the item(s)

Please mark the parcel as 'Return – unwanted GB goods' and send it to:

Refunds
When will I get my refund? - Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse

Postage Refunds - Original postage paid will only be refunded if the item is faulty or you return your order complete within the 14 day cooling off period.

Online Gift Voucher refunds – eVoucher payments will be returned to the original evoucher and balances can be redeemed again using your original ecode.

Can I get a VAT refund if I'm an international customer? For orders shipped outside the UK, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order.
Missing, Faulty & Damaged Products
If you believe that something is missing from your order or you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 28 days so we can arrange a replacement for you. In most cases you will need to provide proof of purchase or your order reference number, if purchased online, along with photo evidence and/or return the item to us before we can replace it or refund you.
Returning Gifts
Gift items being returned can only be exchanged for e-vouchers. Customers will need to confirm the gift order reference number as well as Name, Address, Email &Tel for vouchers to be issued. Please clearly mark the return as 'GIFT RETURN'.

No refunds will be given on gifts, unless refunded directly to the purchaser’s card. The purchaser will be notified by email.
Exchanges
If you placed your order online and wished to have an exchange, you can simply place a new order for the item(s) you want, and return the item(s) you do not want.
