Trotters Academy Returns

Last Week we launched this years' Trotters Academy. 

We are excited to welcome 12 new students onto the program which began with a launch day at Moyses Stevens Flower School.

Over a 12 month period the students will then learn about the different parts of the business, Finance, Branding, Store Operations, Buying & Merchandising, E-Com, Partners.

We had a fantastic day getting to know all of the students & learning about another business based just around the corner from our Stores.

This programme is so important to us. Investing in our people and giving team members at Trotters the opportunity to grow, learn and develop is something we are very passionate about.
