FUTURE MANAGERS

The "Future Managers" initiative at Trotters aims to help staff members to expand their knowledge, build their experience and develop into Trotters' Supervisors, Deputies and Managers of tomorrow. It will be tiered to acknowledge the progress already achieved and to help colleagues conquer the challenges ahead. The company has grown a lot over the last three decades, and we want our staff to have the opportunity to grow along with us in the future.
